DMCA Policy

Solenuts respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). This DMCA Policy outlines the process for reporting claims of copyright infringement related to content available on https://solenuts.com (the “Site”).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or displayed on our Site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a formal DMCA notice as described below.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, please provide the following information in writing:

Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address

The exact URL(s) or location(s) on our Site where the allegedly infringing material is located

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

2. Submission of DMCA Notices

We recommend including “DMCA Notice” in the subject line to ensure timely handling.

3. Review and Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Acknowledge receipt of your claim
Review the provided information
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate
Notify the affected party, if applicable

We aim to process DMCA requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, response times may vary depending on the complexity of the case.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our Site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

Your name, address, phone number, and email address
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court
Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within the timeframe required by law.

5. Repeat Infringers

Solenuts maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Misrepresentation

Submitting false or misleading DMCA claims or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. We encourage all parties to ensure that their submissions are accurate and made in good faith.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solenuts shall not be liable for any damages resulting from actions taken in response to DMCA notices, including removal of content or account suspension, provided such actions are taken in good faith.
